Ranked by activity: interviews done, weeks with a 1:1 and how complete the profile is.
Weekly tracker
One row per team, one column per program week. The goal is a 1:1 in every box.
Boxes fill in from the bookings teams record on the Book a 1:1 page; a recorded 1:1 counts as met once its time has passed. Mentor: select an empty box to log a 1:1 nobody recorded.
